The statMAP™ Device is not currently approved by the FDA and is therefore not available for sale in the United States.

CardioCommand, in conjunction with Ramsey Medical, Inc., is soon planning to introduce the statMAP™ Model 7200 Blood Pressure Measurement Device. statMAP is a hand-held, battery-operated instrument designed to provide semi-automatic measurement of blood pressure (systolic, mean arterial and diastolic) and heart rate on adults, pediatrics and neonates. statMAP uses the oscillometric method for BP determination; its readings correlate to intra-arterial pressures.

statMAP™ is designed for use in a variety of settings, including hospitals (ICU, med/surg units, ER, L&D, procedure areas, etc.), out patient settings, physician offices, home health, EMS, etc. CardioCommand anticipates that statMAP will be available in 2008.
